Volkswagen Kool Kombi Van with Trailer 1950, Orange and White 1:18 by Solido

Volkswagen launched the Type 2 Transporter in 1950, building on Beetle mechanicals with a rear-mounted air-cooled flat-four and a simple box body. The Kombi version, with removable seats and side windows, could haul cargo one day and people the next, which helped make the split-window bus a fixture of postwar life.
