RUF CTR 2017 Blossom Yellow 1:18 by Almost Real

This is a very well done 1/18 scale model of the RUF CTR, the headlights are stunning they are so clear and you can see the simulated bulbs in the back of headlight housing.

The interior is nicely done and looks good, the windows are clear and the car has side windows. The body lines are well done and flow gracefully. The paint is smooth and well done, yellow is not an easy color to apply.

The undercarriage is flat as it likely is on the actual RUF CTR because RUF manufactured the entire car using carbon fiber. I think this CTR was created from the original prototype because like the prototype the rear spoiler is separate from the engine cover lid and not one piece as later production RUF cars were. Also the rims match the prototype as well so I would say this Almost Real version is true to the prototype RUF CTR.

This model is a pleasure to look at and makes a great addition to any collection.

She have a small imperfection on the rear hood at the connection between this and the taillight but the overall off the car is 99% perfect

It's an almost perfect model... really beautiful. However, AR took advantage of several details of the SCR. Interior, seats, center console, doors... Really, they should correct those mistakes.

Just got my RUF CTR 1:18 , the finishing , details and quality is mind blowing, top notch.

Definitely waited for this for a very long time, this is also one of the best purchases I have made so far!

This is a well made model but a couple of details are incorrect. The NACA duct shape is incorrect and the rear tail should have been molded onto the engine decklid. Only the 2017 Prototype has the tail mounted on the decklid.

One of the best models from Almost Real! Headlights is fantastic!
